Part one of three
Lead generation that brings you work, not just traffic
We run the search, the ads and the pages they land on as one build, so the enquiries arrive already interested in what you actually sell. You can take this on its own. Most people do at first, and it is the right place to start if your phone is answered but not ringing often enough.
The outcome
Traffic is not the product. Booked work is.
Most agencies sell you visits and report on visits. Visits are easy to buy and tell you almost nothing. What you actually want to know is how many people got in touch, how many turned into work, and what each one was worth. That is what we build towards and what we report on, because it is the only version of this that shows up in your bank account.
How the work is actually done
- Search, so you are found before anyone clicks an advert
- Your Google Business Profile, your local search presence, the pages people land on and the answers AI assistants now give before anyone reaches a website at all. Most of the decision happens here and it is the part almost nobody measures.
- Google Ads, where the intent is highest
- Somebody typing your service into Google has already decided they want it. That is the cheapest intent you will ever buy. We run it on your own account, with your own budget, so you keep the history and the data if we ever part company.
- Meta and Instagram, where the decision starts earlier
- Different job entirely. Search catches people who already know what they want; Meta reaches people who have not started looking yet. It needs different creative and a different measure of success, and it is not right for everyone. We will tell you if it is not right for you.
- The page they land on, built in the same job
- The advert and the page are one build, never two suppliers. This is the single most common reason campaigns underperform: the traffic is fine and the page asks for too much, too early, from a phone. When the two are bought separately, nobody owns the gap between them.
- Tracking that survives contact with reality
- Conversion tracking, call tracking and the reporting that ties an enquiry back to the search that produced it. Without it you are optimising on guesswork, and every month you spend guessing costs the same as a month spent knowing.
What it’s worth
What this is worth depends on one number you already have
What a new client is worth to you. Not the first invoice, the whole relationship. Once you know that, the maths on a campaign is simple and you can do it in your head. If a client is worth £2,000 and it costs £200 to win one, the question answers itself. If it costs £2,500, we should not be running it, and we will say so.
Say forty people a month search for what you do in your area. If you are not on the first page you are not in the running for any of them, and not one of them appears in your enquiry log. Nothing looks broken, because nothing ever arrived to break.
How it’s built
Your accounts, your data, your history
The ad accounts are registered to your business and the spend goes through them, not through us. That matters more than it sounds. Agencies that run your budget through their own account are holding the one asset that gets more valuable the longer it runs, and you cannot take it with you.
- Registered to your businessThe numbers, the database, the automations, the website and every call record sit in accounts in your organisation's name.
- We hold access, not ownershipOur route in is a permission you grant, and one you can withdraw without anything stopping.
- If we stop working togetherThe system keeps running and nothing has to be exported, because none of it was ever somewhere else.
What it takes
We will not point a budget at a phone nobody answers
It burns your money and our reputation in the same month. If the enquiries you already generate are ringing out, more of them will ring out too. That is why the free Leak Check comes first: it tells us whether you have a demand problem or an answering problem, and they need completely different fixes.
What owners ask first
Can we just take the marketing and nothing else?
Yes, and plenty do. This part stands on its own and it is the right starting point if your phone gets answered properly but does not ring often enough. If it turns out the enquiries are arriving and getting lost, we will tell you that instead, because spending more on advertising would be the wrong answer.
Do you work with clinics, or accountants, or both?
Both. They look like different businesses and behave like the same one: a single client is worth years rather than one transaction, the decision is slow, and the enquiry usually arrives outside working hours. The mechanics carry across. The language does not, so we do not pretend it does.
How long before we see anything?
Paid search can produce enquiries in the first week, because you are buying intent that already exists. Organic search is months, not weeks, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. We measure a two-week baseline before anything goes live so improvement is judged against your own numbers rather than a promise.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
Three months, then monthly. Three months because that is roughly how long it takes to know whether something is working, and monthly after that because if it is working you will not want to leave and if it is not you should be able to.
Who owns the advertising account?
You do. It is registered to your business, the spend runs through it, and the history stays with you. We hold access, which is a permission you grant and can withdraw at any time without anything stopping.

Find out what's recoverable in your business
We contact you the way a new client would, by search, phone and web form, then show you the work you could be winning. Scored on three things: are you found, is the enquiry answered, does anyone chase it.
