The Leak Check produces an estimate based on the figures you give us and on publicly observable signals about your clinic. It is a diagnostic, offered in good faith, to show where enquiries are likely to be lost.

It is not a guarantee of results, a valuation of your business, or professional advice. Any recoverable value it reports is an estimate derived from your own inputs, and its accuracy depends on theirs.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, including the research we publish and the figures we cite, and we name the source wherever a figure comes from one. We do not warrant that everything is free of error, and nothing here should be relied on as the sole basis for a business decision.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost business.
